We were the first to ever commercially produce and supply AMV-RT, and it is a key component in technologies that include: RT-PCR, LAMP, TMA, and NASBA.

AMV Reverse Transcriptase in Trehalose

SKU: AMVRTT-1 (1,000 units) and SKU: AMVRTT-5 (5,000 units)

AMV Reverse Transcriptase (Standard Grade) synthesizes cDNA from single stranded RNA.
Applications: cDNA library production, First strand cDNA synthesis for cloning, RNA sequencing, RT-PCR, High-temperature cDNA Synthesis at up to 50°C. This product is suited for the development of lyophilized preparations.

AMV Reverse Transcriptase in Glycerol

SKU: AMV007-1 (1,000 units) and SKU: AMV007-5 (5,000 units)

AMV Reverse Transcriptase (Standard Grade) synthesizes cDNA from single stranded RNA.
Applications: cDNA library production, First strand cDNA synthesis for cloning, RNA sequencing, RT-PCR, High-temperature cDNA Synthesis at up to 50°C.

AMV Reverse Transcriptase High Spec Activity (XL)

SKU: RTHSA35 (500 units), RTHSA35-5 (5,000 units), RTHSA5 (500 units).

AMV RT-XL is a superior grade of native reverse transcriptase isolated from Avian Myeloblastosis Virus. Selected for very high specific activity, concentration, and purity.

T7 RNA Polymerase in Glycerol

T7 RNA Polymerase catalyzes the synthesis of RNA in the presence of double-stranded DNA containing a T7 promoter sequence.

RNase H in Glycerol

Ribonuclease H is an endonuclease which specifically degrades the RNA moiety of a DNA: RNA hybrid, without affecting the unhybridized RNA.
This enzyme preparation is prepared in a 50% glycerol storage buffer.

RNase H in Trehalose

SKU: RNHT-50 (50 units); RNHT-250 (250 units); RNHT-1000 (1,000 units)

Ribonuclease H (RNase H) is an endonuclease that specifically degrades the RNA of DNA-RNA hybrids, without affecting DNA or unhybridized RNA.
This enzyme is prepared in a storage buffer containing 1.0 M Trehalose. This product is suitable for lyophilization.
