NASBA Enzyme Cocktail – Wet Mix
- The Enzyme Cocktail is used in Nucleic Acid Sequence Based Amplifications.
- NASBA is an isothermal method producing antisense, single-stranded RNA as the major amplification product.
- This enzyme cocktail is a mixture, consisting of Avian Myeloblastosis Virus Reverse Transcriptase, RNase H and T7 RNA Polymerase.
- One vial is enough for 24 reactions at 5 µL per reaction.
