NASBA Kits
Our NASBA Kits are designed as a single product solution for any NASBA related research and development. Backed by popular customer demand, Life Sciences Advanced Technologies has packaged our individual NASBA products into two types of kits: a NASBA Liquid Kit which is ready to use, and a NASBA Lyophilized Kit which can be efficiently shipped at room temperature.
SKU: NWK-1 (NASBA Liquid Kit)
Our NASBA Liquid Kit includes all the individual items necessary to perform 24 NASBA reactions
This kit includes the following components:
- SKU: NEC-1-24: NASBA Enzyme Cocktail (wet mix)
- SKU: NECB-24: 3X NASBA Reaction Buffer for NEC-1-24
- SKU: NECN-24: 6X Nucleotide Mix for NEC-1-24
SKU: NLK-5 and NLK-10 (NASBA Lyophilized Kit)
Our NASBA Lyophilized Kit includes all the individual items necessary to perform either 5 or 10 NASBA reactions (NLK-5 or NLK-10)
This kit includes the following components:
- SKU: LEM-5 or LEM-10: Lyophilized Enzyme Mix
- SKU: LRB-5 or LRB-10: Lyophilized Reaction Buffer
- SKU: DRB-5 or DRB-10: Reconstitution Buffer for LRB-5/LRB-10
